Kim Burk

Kim Burk is an experienced educator and specialist dedicated to supporting children's diverse needs in various educational settings. Currently serving as a Camper Inclusion Specialist at Belmont Day School since June 2022, Kim coordinates with administration, counselors, and parents to create successful camp experiences for individuals with medical, behavioral, or learning differences. As a Support Teacher at Riverbend School since August 2020, Kim develops a Montessori-style after-school environment, fostering children's unique interests and skills. Previous roles include Drama & Movement Specialist and Lead After School Teacher at Belmont Day School and Wellan Montessori School respectively, where Kim designed engaging curricula and supervised activities to enhance students' social and emotional well-being. With a Master of Arts in Cultural Production from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Women's Studies, and Music from Simmons University, Kim brings a multifaceted approach to education and child development.
