Tony Maws is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Excellence at Belmont Hill School since May 2023, Tony previously owned and operated Craigie On Main from September 2002 to June 2023 and The Kirkland Tap & Trotter from 2013 until November 2021. Recognized as a James Beard Award Winner, Tony co-founded Massachusetts Restaurants United in April 2020 and served as its Interim President, advocating for independent restaurant professionals during the COVID pandemic. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
