Allison Sprouse

Allison Sprouse serves as the Belmont East On-Site Program Manager at Belmont University since July 2021 and has extensive experience in various roles within customer experience and real estate. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Compass between June 2019 and December 2023 and developed customized training programs while working with HR at Allison Sprouse from January 2013 to April 2019. Contributions to community initiatives include co-creating the Mystery Art Exhibition + Sale for the Parent Teacher Association at P.S. 107. Allison's creative background includes set styling for media productions at Thunk Media and Scripps Network, co-founding Modern Ink Mag, and planning events at The Modern Hostess. Additionally, Allison owned and managed Abode, a home furnishings store, and served as Catering Sales Manager at Southern Graces Catering. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Samford University and has pursued continuing education in Interior Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
