Caroline Stoops

Caroline Stoops is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in prospect management, research analysis, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Prospect Manager & Research Analyst at Belmont University since December 2022, Caroline previously held roles at Virtua Health as a Philanthropy Assistant, where responsibilities included managing donor databases and performing prospect research. Earlier experience at the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania involved multiple positions such as Retail & Product Program Specialist, Community Outreach Specialist, and Membership Recruiter, showcasing strong skills in strategic planning and partnership development. Caroline has also contributed to sports programs as a Head Lacrosse Coach for multiple teams and as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at York College of Pennsylvania. Graduating from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational and Management Studies, Caroline has a solid foundation in both business and community-oriented roles.
