Jeff Russell

Jeff Russell, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor at Pellissippi State Community College since August 2011 and has also held the position of Assistant Professor. In addition, Jeff Russell is an Adjunct English Instructor at Belmont University, starting in August 2021. Prior to these roles, Jeff Russell worked as a Case Manager/Counselor at the Helen Ross McNabb Center from February 2010 to July 2011. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2012-2019), and two Master's degrees in English Language and Literature from Belmont University (2008-2010). Jeff Russell completed a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, focusing on Broadcast Journalism, at Middle Tennessee State University (1996-1999).
