Jacqueline Peña

Jacqueline Peña, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, serves as the President and CEO of Empowerment Through Education, LLC, a consulting firm focused on aiding educational and non-profit institutions in achieving their long-term goals through services like grant writing and strategic planning. In addition to this role, Jacqueline is an Adjunct English Instructor at Indian River State College, where English Composition 2 is taught. Previous experiences include serving as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at JBS Corp, the Director of Marketing and Development for Jacqueline’s Chicken and Beer, and various academic positions at Miami Dade College, Florida International University, and Northern Essex Community College. Jacqueline holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida International University, alongside a Master's degree in English Literature from Boston College and other notable educational qualifications.
