Mario Novo

Mario Novo, DPT, serves as an Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer at Belmont University since February 2018, with responsibilities in Exercise Science, Health and Wellness, and research project development. Experience includes roles as an Operational Specialist at Gruhn MFG, LLC focused on automating guitar manufacturing, and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, where a person-first medical approach was utilized for patient care. Previously, Mario held leadership positions at Results Physiotherapy and Ascension Saint Thomas Health, along with founding ownership at Lifters Clinic and co-founding The BFR PROS. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Physical Education, a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and an Associate of Arts in English Literature.
