Rebecca Dean

Rebecca Dean is an accomplished professional in event services and management with extensive experience at Belmont University since September 2018, serving in multiple roles including Associate Director of Event Services and University Scheduling Coordinator. In these positions, Rebecca has managed the scheduling and planning of events across academic departments, developed training programs for scheduling software, and analyzed data to enhance university policies. Prior to Belmont University, Rebecca held customer service leadership roles at Houzz, where significant coaching and conflict resolution skills were applied, and also provided exceptional customer experiences at Madewell as a Keyholder. Rebecca holds an MBA from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music from the same institution.
