Tamika Williams

Tamika Williams, EdD, currently serves as the Vice President for Student Formation and Dean of Students at Belmont University since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tamika held the position of Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Dean of Students at Rhode Island College from July 2018 to July 2021. Tamika's experience also includes serving as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities at East Carolina University from July 2012 to June 2018, and previously as the Coordinator for Residence Education at the University of Arkansas from July 2008 to July 2012. Tamika holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University, a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration from Fisk University.
