Simone Hall

Simone Hall, BA, RCFE, currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director at Belmont Village Senior Living since June 2025. Previously, Simone held the position of Executive Director at Brookdale from November 2023 to June 2025, overseeing community operations and fostering relationships with staff and residents. Additional experience includes roles such as Memory Care Director/Interim Executive Director at Cadence of Millbrae, and Director of Memory Care at Elegance Senior Living. Prior positions involved social service and social work roles across various senior living organizations, including Mercy Retirement & Care Center and Windsor Healthcare. Simone's background in hospitality is demonstrated through management positions at Hilton Garden Inn properties. Simone earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies, Gerontology from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts from Chabot College.
