Mattea Cappello is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in supporting high-level management across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner at the London Fire Brigade since June 2021, Mattea previously held positions at D&D London as an EA to the General Manager and Office Manager, and at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in multiple capacities, including Personal Assistant to Gordon Ramsay’s Office and Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Additional experience includes roles at Seasoned Events, Church House Conference Centre, Home House, and Les Ambassadeurs Casino, showcasing a strong foundation in event management and customer service. Mattea is a graduate of Coloma Convent Girls' School.
