Elke Dierckens has a diverse background in project management, business processes, content development, and workshop management. With experience in both customer-facing and IT projects, Elke excels in defining project scope, budget, and planning, as well as fostering transparent communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Elke's expertise also extends to coordinating product decisions and activities, as well as developing content for various platforms. Prior to their current role at Belnet, Elke gained experience in a first-line helpdesk role at Fortis. Elke holds a Master's degree in Communication from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Communication from Arteveldehogeschool.
