Philippe van Hecke

Philippe Van Hecke, currently employed at BELNET since October 2001 as a System/Network Engineer, previously worked at Bureau Van Dijk - Electronic Publishing from June 1997 to October 2001 as a C++ Developer. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, where Philippe studied from 1993 to 1997, and attended I.N.R.A.C.I from 1990 to 1993.
