Tom De Clercq is a seasoned network architect with extensive experience in IT solutions and network management. Currently serving as a Network Architect at Belnet since March 2020, Tom previously owned Tom De Clercq - IT Services, delivering tailored IT solutions for small companies since September 2013. Tom's background includes a significant tenure at Smals from November 2004 to February 2020, where roles ranged from Senior Network Engineer to Network Application Engineer, focusing on managing datacenters and providing support for clients in the Belgian public administration. Earlier experience includes positions in technical support and sales at Cleverpc and a traineeship at Belgacom Mobile/Proximus. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen.
