Tracy Brookes

Tracy Brookes has over 26 years of experience in marketing and customer service, currently serving as Marketing Manager at Belong since November 1996, where responsibilities include coordinating public relations, marketing, and advertising while managing customer experience and overseeing recruitment and coaching for the marketing administration team. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as a Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Assistant, carrying out similar duties. Additionally, experience in customer service was gained at ScottishPower.
