Belorechenskoye SKHOAO, formerly Sel'skokhozyaystvennoye Belorechenskoye OAO (Belorechenskoye SkhOAO or Belorechenskoye OJSC) is a Russia-based company primarily engaged in the food industry. The Company's main activities comprise the production of eggs, egg powder, pasteurized liquid eggs, chicken-meat, forcemeat, grain, potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, fodder and cattle breeding related production (milk, meat), among other products. The Company operates through one 90%-owned subsidiary Usol'ekhleboprodukt OAO, engaged in the grain storage. The Company distributes its products mainly on the territory of the Irkutsk Region of the Russian Federation. As of April 25, 2011, the Company's major corporate shareholder was Faendo Limited with a stake of 6.36%.
