Clare Pettitt

Clare Pettitt currently serves as the Director of Group Finance at Belron® International, overseeing Group FP&A, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and management of central costs since December 2020. Prior to this role, Clare was the Director of Group Finance at Marks and Spencer from March 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading M&S Group FP&A, Accounting and Control, and Finance Shared Services among others. Throughout a tenure at Dixons Carphone from September 2013 to March 2019, Clare held various positions including Group Financial Controller and assumed the Interim Group CFO role for a period. Clare also has experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where Clare served as Director in Assurance and Business Advisory Services from 1996 to 2013, focusing on risk assurance and internal audit services. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Reading and an ACA qualification from the ICAEW.
