Kelly Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and organizational change across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Capability, Performance and Change at Belron® International since May 2021, Kelly previously held significant roles at easyJet, Mothercare, and other organizations, focusing on designing and implementing learning strategies, developing HR frameworks, and enhancing performance.
