Matt Penfold

Matt Penfold is an experienced leader in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global People Operations at Belron®, the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group, since 2018. Prior to this role, Matt was the Group People & Leadership Director at O’Brien Glass Industries, a prominent Australian company, which became part of Belron in 1971. Earlier in career, Matt held significant HR leadership positions at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety and Schneider Electric, where responsibilities spanned across multiple regions and divisions. Matt’s educational background includes advanced leadership training from Stanford University, the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.
