Gloria Barilari

Gloria Barilari has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Gloria is currently the People Director EMEA and Corp. Marketing at Netafim. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Director EMEA and Corp. Marketing at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Gloria served as the EMEA HR Director and GBU Europe HR Business Partner at Netafim, where they directed the HR agenda and strategy for all employees in the EMEA division. Gloria also led the HR agenda and employee strategy for Netafim branches in Europe, established HR processes, and facilitated change management across various countries. Gloria was responsible for spearheading and coordinating the yearly HR plan for the EMEA division and managing the HR budget.

Before joining Netafim, Gloria worked at Netafim Italia as the Human Resources Manager Italia, providing support to the EMEA Human Resources Manager in various areas such as recruitment planning, performance evaluation, and staff incentives. Gloria also served as an HR Assistant and Accountant at Netafim Italia, where they managed recruitment channels, administrative tasks, and accounting responsibilities.

Prior to their roles at Netafim, Gloria held the position of Commerciale Estero at Mares and Assistente Commerciale at Superfish Italia.

Gloria Barilari's education history includes a Master's degree in International Counseling from ASPIC Scuola Superiore Europea di Counseling Professionale, obtained between 2011 and 2015. Gloria also holds a Master of Human Resources from Xelon Sinergetica, completed in 2009. Gloria'sundergraduate education consists of a Laurea in Comunicazione Interculturale from Università degli Studi di Genova, completed in 2004. Additionally, Gloria obtained a certification as a Chief Happiness Officer from 2BHappy Agency in 2020. Gloria has also attended courses at INSEAD, studying Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times and Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption, both completed in 2023.
