Xavier Marchan

Xavier Marchan has an extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Xavier started their career as an intern at Paul Smith in Japan, where they gained knowledge of the brand's impact on the Japanese fashion market. Xavier then worked at Bentalls as a Merchandising/Buyers Assistant, where they supported buyers and managed the Retail Management System. Xavier later joined Bentalls, a division of Fenwick, as an Assistant Buyer, where they sourced and selected product, managed stock levels, and built supplier relationships. At Fenwick Limited, Xavier served as a Buyer and Buying Manager, overseeing various departments and launching a new menswear floor at Fenwick Lexicon. In their current role as Head of Buying at Belstaff, Xavier is responsible for delivering product selections for retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels while aligning with design and marketing to maintain a consistent brand image.

Xavier Marchan attended Queen Mary University of London from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Geography. In 2006, they also briefly attended the University of Miami, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree or pursued any specific field of study during their time there.
