Don Heitmeier

Don Heitmeier has over 30 years of experience in executive roles within the distribution industry. Don recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Belt Power, a full-service distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components. In this role, they oversaw operations and served over 1,600 customers. Prior to that, they held the position of Division Vice President at WESCO Distribution for 12 years, managing a multi-billion dollar division with over 120 locations and 1,700 associates. Don also spent 20 years at Graybar, where they held the position of Vice President of Electrical Sales.

Don Heitmeier obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics - Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Later, in 2005 and 2006, they attended Rutgers University to pursue an Executive Supply Chain Management Certificate Program. During this course, they focused on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
