Vichea Lay is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Advisory Analyst at Belt Road Capital Management since August 2023, after previously holding the role of Advisory Analyst. Prior experience includes the position of Deputy Manager of Business Development at ARC Asia Real Estate Cambodia from 2021 to August 2023 and Assistant Director at FWT FULL WELL TRADING (CAMBODIA) LTD. from June 2016 to October 2018. Vichea Lay holds a Master of Property, Real Estate and Investment from RMIT University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (2011-2015).
