Hachem El Hachem holds an MBA in Business Administration and Product Development from the University of Lynchburg and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Currently serving as Integration Engineering Manager at Belvac since August 2022, Hachem has extensive experience spanning over three decades, including a tenure at Tesla as Engineering Manager for Machine Development from May 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles at Belvac included Manager of Global Standardization and Documentation, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and Product Development Engineer, focusing on the design and development of machinery for the can-making and plastic container industries. Hachem contributed to the innovation of can-making technology, leading to multiple U.S. patents.
