Russell McManus

Russell McManus serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Belvedere Trading, LLC since January 2023. Previously, Russell was the Chief Technology Officer at Chicago Trading Company from March 2010 to July 2020, where Russell played a key role in transforming the firm into a modern electronic trading entity and was responsible for technology strategy across software, operations, and infrastructure. Prior to that, Russell led the development of an innovative trading platform at Fox River Partners and contributed significantly to Morgan Stanley's early E-FX trading efforts as Executive Director. Russell’s career began as a software developer at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase & Co., supporting various trading desks. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from New York University - Tandon School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
