Currently serving as Production Manager at Belvika Trade & Packaging since March 2021, Alan has previously held senior management roles at IMS, where notable achievements included enhancing client service level agreements and improving warehouse efficiency. Alan's operational leadership was further demonstrated as Operations Head at Dusters Total Solution Services, managing significant teams and successfully reducing costs through lean operations. With a foundational career starting from a production role at Stanlubes & Specialities, Alan has a diverse background that includes management positions at Citigroup and Sharepro Services, focusing on business expansion, customer service, and quality control. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Computers.

Belvika Trade & Packaging is a full service supplier and has extensive experience in managing both manual processing and automated equipment to handle primary and secondary packaging of products. A sample of available processes includes: flexible packaging for VFFS, flow wrap HFFS, and pouches from roll stock or premade. Belvika’s specialty form, fill, and seal capabilities have surpassed the competition in all areas. Top-of-the-line equipment enables us to fill a variety of products to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Our filling capabilities range from naked product to wrapped individual snack-size items, as well as full-size wrapped product. No weight range has thus far been a challenge. We fill using methods of piece count, linear weight, combination weight, by volume or auger fillers. Our fully computerized multi-head weigh scale systems ensure that all products are consistently weighed/filled to the proper specifications.
