Natasha Parris has over 25 years of work experience. Natasha currently serves as the Director of Operations at Belvika Trade & Packaging since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Maple Lodge Farms as the Senior Plant Manager from February 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Natasha held various roles at Costco Wholesale Canada from 2004 to 2011. Natasha began their career at Rogers Communications as an Associate Morning Show Producer from 1999 to 2003. Natasha's earliest work experience was as a Sales and Promotions Coordinator at The Evanov Radio Group from 1996 to 1999, where they were responsible for booking prizes, coordinating station events, and handling administrative duties.
Natasha Parris completed their Honours B.A. degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) and French at the University of Toronto from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from Seneca Polytechnic from 1997 to 1999. In addition, Natasha has obtained several certifications, including the Prosci ADKAR® Change Management Certification in 2018, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in June 2016, and the Business Analyst certification from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in April 2016.

Belvika Trade & Packaging is a full service supplier and has extensive experience in managing both manual processing and automated equipment to handle primary and secondary packaging of products. A sample of available processes includes: flexible packaging for VFFS, flow wrap HFFS, and pouches from roll stock or premade. Belvika’s specialty form, fill, and seal capabilities have surpassed the competition in all areas. Top-of-the-line equipment enables us to fill a variety of products to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Our filling capabilities range from naked product to wrapped individual snack-size items, as well as full-size wrapped product. No weight range has thus far been a challenge. We fill using methods of piece count, linear weight, combination weight, by volume or auger fillers. Our fully computerized multi-head weigh scale systems ensure that all products are consistently weighed/filled to the proper specifications.
