Aurora Lastres Guerrero

Aurora Lastres Guerrero has a background in Human Resources, having worked in the field since 2016. Aurora began their career at Beabloo as an HR Assistant, where they were responsible for managing the recruitment process, defining and implementing the onboarding process, and providing support to the team on people-related topics. In 2018, they were promoted to HR Manager, where they were responsible for defining and executing people policies, managing talent acquisition initiatives, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end. In 2020, they joined Belvo as People Lead and People Associate.

Aurora Lastres Guerrero has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they obtained their Psychology Degree from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. In 2012-2013, they participated in an Exchange Programme at the University of Groningen in the field of Psychology. In 2015, they were awarded the Beca Santander - CRUE CEPYME from Santander España. In 2019, they completed a Curso Especialización - Nóminas y Seguridad Social from UOC X - Xtended Studies. Finally, in 2019-2020, they obtained their Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos: Organización y Gestión del Talento from the Universitat de Barcelona.
