Tom Crowther

Tom Crowther has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Tom started their career as an IT Support Technician at Grantham College from August 2001 to May 2005. After that, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Belvoir Group from May 2005 to June 2011. Tom then progressed to the position of IT Manager at Belvoir Group from July 2011 to December 2018. Tom's latest roles include Head of Information Technology and Director of Information Technology at Belvoir Group, starting from January 2019 and September 2023 respectively. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing and supporting brand-specific corporate IT platforms across various brands within the organization, building and managing relationships with stakeholders, implementing IT strategy and governance, overseeing IT projects, and managing IT budgets. Tom also played a key role in onboarding newly acquired brands into the Belvoir Group and keeping abreast of IT market trends and security requirements.

Tom Crowther obtained their HND in Computing from De Montfort University, Leicester from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a GNVQ in IT from Grantham College from 1996 to 1999. Tom completed their Secondary Education at Central School in Grantham, with a focus on GCSE's, from 1991 to 1996.
