Joseph Madden

Joseph Madden is a Process Engineer at Bemis Associates since September 2022. Previously, Joseph served as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from November 2019 to March 2020, where collaboration focused on packaging solutions for military hot sauce distribution and methods of plastic material characterization. An internship at Plastic Design, Inc. in 2019 provided exposure to custom engineering projects. Leadership and teamwork skills were developed as a Summer Camp Activities Counselor at Marcus Lewis Day Camp from July 2017 to August 2018, supervising children and managing activities. Joseph also worked as a Precalculus Tutor, helping a high school student enhance academic performance through effective communication. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned from 2017 to 2021.
