Richard Cook

Rich Cook currently serves as the Manufacturing Workforce Training Manager at Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, providing strategic policy and program support for a statewide manufacturing workforce training system. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at Bemis Associates, including Operations Training Specialist, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included training execution, goal establishment, and LEAN principles implementation. Rich's earlier experience includes security leadership roles at Apollo International and TW and Company, Inc., as well as positions with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where inspections and compliance monitoring were key duties. Rich holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University and a BBA from Nichols College, along with an Associate’s Degree from Mount Wachusett Community College.
