Tanya Youd

Tanya Youd is an experienced operations training specialist with a career spanning over 16 years in retail management and training. Currently, Tanya holds the position of Operations Training Specialist at Urban Barn, where Tanya has advanced through various roles, including Training Store Manager Lead, Training Support Specialist, and Store Manager since April 2007. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Winners and holding roles as Store Manager and Area Manager at Smart Set from August 2003 to April 2007. Tanya holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
