Ann S. Deters

Ann S. Deters is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in board governance across various sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member and Audit Chair for Bemis Manufacturing Company and ABARTA, Inc., Deters also holds board positions at Vantage Technology Holdings and Hyde Park Angels. With a strong background in medical services and investment, Deters co-founded Vantage Technology LLC and led it as CEO for over three decades. Other notable roles include board member and chair positions at notable organizations such as the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois and Midland States Bank. Deters holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business.
