Rebecca Foytik

Rebecca Foytik is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in managing customer account relationships and ensuring product quality across multiple industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Bemis Manufacturing Company since July 2022, Rebecca previously held the position of Account Manager at Nalco Water, where responsibility included providing product solutions and communicating program performance. With over a decade of experience at ProAmpac as Quality Manager, Rebecca successfully established Quality Engineer positions, obtained BRC certification with an “A” score, and reduced customer claims significantly. Additional roles include Quality Engineer at Coating Excellence International, Quality Assurance Supervisor at Thilmany, LLC, and Process Engineer at International Paper. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, complemented by minors in chemistry and German.
