BeMyGuest is a travel technology company and distribution platform that facilitates online sales of attractions, tours, and activities products (travel activities). Our Distribution Network enables B2B transactions between travel activity operators and online and offline travel agents as well as other travel companies.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help our partners (online/offline travel agents and other travel brands) maximize their sales when using our Agents Marketplace and Distribution API.

Essential job functions:

  • You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to achieve sales targets and foster sustainable and positive relationships with current partners.

  • You will also be responsible for providing extremely high-quality customer support to our distribution partners.

  • The role requires effective communication skills, the ability to generate ideas for product and service
    differentiation, and serving as a liaison between partners and management.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Data-driven, very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate well.
  • Exceptional customer service communication skills, and extreme attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience working in a Sales, Partnerships or Account Management role is preferred.

  • Previous experience working in eCommerce or with an Online Travel Agency is preferred.

  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience working in the Travel Activities sector or B2B travel sector preferred.
