Carlos Matsuoka has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Carlos is currently the CEO and Founder of Ben Fatto since 2019. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Thomson Reuters from 2014 to 2019, holding various roles including HR Planning and Analytics Advisor for Corporate Functions and People Development Manager. Before that, they worked at SOFTWAY S.A as a Human Resources Specialist from 2012 to 2013, and at Softway as a Software Development Manager from 2000 to 2011. Their expertise lies in HR, analytics, team management, and software development.

Carlos Matsuoka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2000. Carlos then pursued an MBA in Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2005. In 2014, Carlos completed another MBA, this time in Strategic People Management, also from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certification in various areas such as Change Management, Coaching, and Strategic Thinking from institutions such as Harvard Business Review, Mind Gym, Skillsoft, and Hay Group in the years 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2018 respectively.
