Jochanan Senf is the CEO of Ben & Jerry's since August 2025, having previously served in various senior roles at Unilever from April 2017 to August 2025, including General Manager for Foods DACH and Vice President for Cooking Aids Europe. At Unilever, Jochanan was instrumental in overseeing the largest Foods Business Unit in Europe and driving significant growth initiatives, as well as managing the largest ice cream business in Southeast Asia as Vice President Nutrition DACH. Prior to this, Jochanan was the Managing Director for Ben & Jerry's Europe from December 2009 to April 2017, where efforts resulted in tripling the business and enhancing market presence. Jochanan also held board membership with the Food Federation Germany and contributed to strategy and commercial management roles at Unilever earlier in the career. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a freshman bachelor's degree from Green River College.
