Samantha Lacasse

Samantha Lacasse is an experienced hospitality management professional with a diverse background in guest experience and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Vermont Brand Experiences at Ben & Jerry's since February 2017, Samantha oversees a team of 10 full-time and over 75 seasonal employees, emphasizing exemplary guest interactions and operational excellence in a factory tour and scoop shop setting. Prior to this role, Samantha spent nearly nine years at Walt Disney World, progressing through various positions including Disney Springs Operations Guest Experience Manager, where management of over 200 Cast Members was a key responsibility. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and has also studied Hospitality Industry Management at Champlain College.
