Rob Beirne has extensive experience in the fashion industry, primarily working in the design and brand strategy roles. Rob started their career as a Menswear shirt designer at David Howard (UK) Ltd, where they collaborated with weave designers to create fabric ranges and designed shirts and polos. Rob then worked as a Shirt Designer at Brand Alliance, responsible for creating product ranges for various brands. Beirne went on to join River Island as a Mens Senior Shirt Designer, where they designed casual and smart shirt ranges and mentored a junior designer. Rob later worked at Atomic Collective as a Multiproduct designer and Duck and Cover clothing ltd as a Senior menswear designer, leading the creative process and working on advertising campaigns. Beirne's next role was at Ben Sherman, where they served as a Senior shirt designer, presenting the shirt range to global sales teams, and later became the Head Of Design, managing a team of designers and creating seasonal ranges. Rob then joined Baird Group as a Brand Director, leading teams to develop and implement product strategy initiatives across multiple brands. Currently, Beirne is working at BSI apparel limited as a Brand Director, setting and executing the design vision for global product lines while understanding global customer needs and brand perception in different markets.

Rob Beirne completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design at Nottingham Trent University from 2000 to 2003. Before that, they attended Bourneville Art and Design College in 1999 to 2000, where they completed a Foundation Art & Design program. Rob'ssecondary education was completed at Stuart Bathurst Secondary School from 1992 to 1999.
