Kedar Rudrawar

Kedar Rudrawar is a Senior Software Engineer at Benchling, contributing to the Backend Change Data Capture team and previously served as a Full Stack Engineer for the Notebook & Results team. Prior experience includes a Software Intern role at American Express, where Kedar developed an end-to-end incremental search system and implemented a fuzzy search/autocomplete algorithm, in addition to designing backend architecture using Java and ReactJS. Kedar also worked as a Software Analyst and Intern at Reveal Biosciences, automating cell nuclei identification through deep learning and producing image-processing techniques, and held a Bioinformatics Intern position at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, analyzing computational algorithms. Early experience includes a role as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC San Diego Health, optimizing SPECT scan algorithms. Kedar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioinformatics from UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering.
