Summer Frundel

Summer Frundel is an accomplished recruiting leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic hiring across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Recruiting Leader for the Field Division at Benchling since January 2021, Summer oversees a team that supports diverse teams including Pre-Sales, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Previous roles include Partner at True, Head of Sales Recruiting at Docker, and Founder of SV Talent, where strategic consulting on talent acquisition was provided. Summer also held significant positions at Apttus and Premier - Experts in Search and Placement, demonstrating a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and business development. With a career that began at Abbott Laboratories as a Sales Trainer, Summer holds a BA in Law & Society and Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
