Sarah Katz

Sarah Katz is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Head of Business Recruiting at Mercury since March 2021. In this role, Sarah leads a team of over 15 recruiting managers and specialists, focusing on scaling the company's global business talent across various teams, including GTM, G&A, GRC, Operations, and Executive leadership. Prior to this, Sarah held multiple positions at Mercury, including Manager of Business & Leadership Recruiting and Senior Recruiter, where foundational leadership roles were filled. Sarah has also worked with First Round Fast Track as a People + Talent Mentor, and at companies like Sendoso, Robinhood, and Samsara in various recruiting capacities. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
