Bren Raffaelly

Bren Raffaelly currently serves as the Head of Digital Transformation at BENCHMADE, where expertise in overseeing comprehensive digital transformations encompasses applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and MES systems, with a strong focus on integrating eCommerce platforms to enhance operations. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Digital Manufacturing at Nike, where significant contributions involved acquiring and visualizing real-time manufacturing data amid a near-shoring strategy. Additionally, Raffaelly has experience in academia as an Assistant Professor at the Oregon Institute of Technology, and held multiple roles over nearly two decades at JELD-WEN, Inc., focusing on IT general controls, business analysis, and systems development. Raffaelly holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
