Ashley Lafata

Ashley LaFata has over 14 years of experience in the banking and retail sectors, primarily with Benchmark Community Bank since December 2009, where roles have included AVP/Learning & Development Manager and various positions in retail training. Prior to Benchmark, Ashley held a retail banker position at Woodforest National Bank and served as a hostess server at Pinos Pizza. Early career experience includes positions as a drive-up teller and floating summer teller at Citizens Bank & Trust Company.
