Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Touchstone Bank, where Ellen served as Chief Banking Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing retail administration, compliance, and mergers. Ellen has also held roles at the Bank of Virginia, Central Virginia Bank, Commerce Bank, and Dominion Bank, gaining expertise in loan operations, credit administration, and compliance management. Ellen is educated in Executive Leadership and Bank Management from prestigious Virginia institutions.
