Jacqueline Messina has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Benchmark Company, LLC, which they started in November 2022.

Jacqueline previously worked at Salesforce from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles. In terms of certifications, Jacqueline Messina has achieved several notable credentials. In August 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Certified Administrator (SP16) certification from Salesforce. Shortly after, in September 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications, also from Salesforce.

Continuing their professional development, Jacqueline achieved the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (WI20) certification in January 2020. In June 2022, they acquired the Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci. More recently, in September 2022, Jacqueline obtained the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification from Salesforce. Additionally, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) in November 2021 through the Scrum Alliance.
