Jason Barber

Jason Barber is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in sales and trading. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Benchmark Company, LLC since May 2024, Jason has a history of working with a diverse client base, including hedge funds, long-only investments, and family offices, at previous positions such as Executive Director of Sales & Trading at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. from June 2015 to January 2024. At Tudor, Jason covered over 400 clients with assets ranging from $50 million to $50 billion in the US and Canada while performing a hybrid sales and trading role. Prior roles include Director of Sales & Trading at Sterne Agee and NASDAQ Trader at Jeffries, further showcasing Jason's expertise in managing institutional client order flows and trading financial instruments. Jason began their career as a Controls Analyst at UBS after completing a Business/Economics degree from Lafayette College.
