Rob Licopoli

Rob Licopoli is a seasoned professional in risk management with a career spanning several prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Benchmark Construction Company since February 2024, Rob is focused on developing and expanding the newly established Risk Management Department. Previously, Rob held the position of Chairman of the Board at 360 Sports, Inc., which achieved a significant milestone as the first company qualified under Regulation A+ Tier 1 of the JOBS Act in 2016. Rob's earlier roles include Director of Risk Management at New Line Structures Inc., where responsibilities encompassed developing risk management systems in a high-end construction environment, and Sr. Risk Manager at Aon Risk Solutions, providing expert advice to prominent clients such as Port Authority's Freedom Tower and the NYC MTA Tunnel 2. Additionally, Rob has experience as Director of Risk Management at Skanska and as a Risk Manager at Day & Zimmermann. Rob earned a BS in Occupational Safety and Risk Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and pursued further education in Business Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
