Troy Hafer has over 30 years of professional experience in the construction and telecommunications industries. Currently, Troy serves as a Project Manager at Benchmark Construction Company, a position held since June 2010. Prior to this role, Troy worked as a Senior Facilities Engineer at DE Communications/Windstream Communications from February 1992 to June 2010, where significant engineering and project management expertise was developed.
