Amanda Lamping has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Amanda started their career in 2015 as a Resident Assistant at Northern Kentucky University, where they served until 2017. In 2017, they began working as an HR Specialist at Benchmark Gensuite®, and later became a Lead HR Specialist. Amanda then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager in January 2020, where they stayed until October 2021. From October 2021 to September 2022, Amanda held the position of Senior HR Manager at Benchmark Gensuite®. Presently, they are the Leader of Global HR Operations at the same company. Additionally, they had a brief internship experience as a Human Resource Intern at Data Recognition Corporation from January 2017 to April 2017.

Amanda Lamping attended Northern Kentucky University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
